For the management of our external residential group, we are looking for a committed, responsible, and empathetic personality. Team Leader External Residential Group Your task As a Team Leader, you will take over the organizational, personnel, and professional leadership of our external residential group. Together with your team, you will create a safe, appreciative home for our clients and promote their self-determination in everyday life. You are part of the WOWEWO leadership team and actively help shape the further development of our institution. Your main tasks • Professional, personnel, and organizational management of the external residential group • Leadership, support, and promotion of employees • Ensuring professional and person-centered support for the clients • Responsibility for the planning and organization of daily residential life • Guaranteeing care, support, and quality standards • Responsibility for duty scheduling, resource deployment, and administrative tasks • Cooperation with relatives, legal representatives, doctors, authorities, and external specialist agencies • Participation in change and development processes of the institution • Support and promotion of apprentices and students (an advantage) What you bring with you • Completed training in the social or health sector (e.g., Social Pedagogy HF/FH, Nursing HF, FaBe, or comparable training) • Several years of professional experience in supporting people with impairments • Leadership training or proven leadership experience • High social competence as well as an appreciative leadership style • Organizational talent as well as an independent and solution-oriented way of working • Resilience, decisiveness, and a sense of responsibility • Good oral and written communication skills • Experience with quality management and digital documentation systems is an advantage • Willingness to work irregular hours • Driver's license category B What you can look forward to • A versatile and responsible leadership function with great scope for design • A motivated and committed team • A careful and structured induction • Participation in a modern social institution with short decision-making paths • Opportunity to actively further develop our external residential group • Participation in the exciting new construction and renovation project of WOWEWO • Interdisciplinary cooperation within the management and department leadership • Attractive further training and development opportunities • Contemporary employment conditions and social benefits in accordance with cantonal guidelines • Good accessibility via public transport What distinguishes you You are a leadership personality with heart.
