In order to strengthen our "Plasturgie" Department, "Bureau Technique" sector, we are looking for a:

Administrative Methods Agent (M/F)

Missions :

• Ensure the preparation, management, and reliability of the technical data and documents necessary for production ;
• Provide operational support to Methods, Industrialization, and Planning activities, in collaboration with the Bureau Technique, Production, Mechanics, Quality, Purchasing, and Planning.

Responsibilities :

• Manage routings and manufacturing documentation by ensuring the creation, updating, filing, and distribution of routings, work instructions, and technical files.
• Analyze and define manufacturing data by utilizing drawings, 3D files, and technical requirements in order to determine the necessary steps and means for manufacturing and to contribute to the industrialization of new products or modifications.
• Guarantee the consistency and reliability of technical data by ensuring concordance between drawings, 3D files, routings, bills of materials, instructions, and ERP data, as well as the traceability of modifications.
• Administer production data in the ERP and 3DX by creating and maintaining up-to-date articles, bills of materials, routings, and production data, while ensuring the availability of technical files necessary for manufacturing.
• Ensure the interface with production by preparing the data necessary for launching manufacturing, contributing to planning with the Section Heads, and participating in the handling of emergencies and changes in priorities.
• Manage the means and resources associated with manufacturing by ensuring the follow-up of tools, consumables, and raw materials of the Mechanics, as well as maintaining inventories and monitoring stock levels.

Profile :

• CFC in mechanics, micromechanics, or training in plasturgie ;
• Higher education such as ES Technician or an equivalent title ;
• Proven experience in an industrial environment, ideally in micromechanics, machining of hard materials, or plasturgie ;
• Experience in a structured environment, oriented towards quality, costs, and deadlines ;
• Good ease with ERP tools and MS Office ;
• Ability to formalize clear, structured, and applicable technical documents in the workshop ;
• Knowledge of plasturgie processes and associated constraints (injection, compression, transfer, elastomers) would be an asset ;
• Ability to visualize drawings and 3D files on software such as eDrawings Viewer ;
• Analytical spirit, rigor, and ability to structure information ;
• Sense of service, reactivity, and solution orientation ;
• Autonomy in managing priorities and ability to manage several projects in parallel ;
• Team spirit, good communication, and sense of cross-functional collaboration ;
• Technical curiosity and willingness to advance methods and practices.
