Your key responsibilities

As part of our Palace Coiffeur Team, you will contribute to delivering an exceptional and highly personalised experience to our international guests. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing professional, personalised consultations and hair services tailored to our guests- individual needs and preferences
• Performing colouring services with confidence, precision and a high level of technical expertise
• Recommending and selling selected premium wellness, beauty and haircare products
• Ensuring consistently high standards of service, presentation and guest care in line with the standards of a five-star luxury hotel

What you bring to the job

For this varied and guest-focused position, you ideally bring:

• Several years of professional experience as a Hair Stylist / Hairdresser, preferably within a luxury hospitality, high-end salon or international environment
• Strong expertise in professional haircare and colouring techniques
• Very good command of English; German, Italian and any additional languages are considered an advantage
• A natural ability to understand and anticipate guests- individual needs
• A strong service orientation and passion for creating memorable guest experiences
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility, resilience and a high level of commitment
• A polished and professional appearance, combined with excellent manners and discretion

Our offer

• A fixed-term seasonal position from 18.12.2026 to 03.01.2027
• An average 5-day working week of 43.5 hours
• 5 weeks of annual leave and 6 public holidays per year, calculated pro rata
• 13th-month salary from the start of employment, calculated pro rata temporis
