The Andermatt Biogarten AG is the largest provider of biological products for natural gardens, balconies, and households in Switzerland. Through the offer of various beneficial insects against pests, we are specialists in natural pest control. We are looking for a Product Manager: Biological Plant Protection & Biocides 80-100% (m/w/d) Product Manager: Biological Plant Protection & Biocides 80-100% (m/w/d) Your tasks Do you want to actively shape and bring biological solutions for plant protection and gardening to the market? In this role, you will take responsibility for a diverse product range. Your tasks include: Market analyses and trend observation in biological plant protection and the green industry are part of your daily routine. From this, you identify potential for our range and always keep an eye on changes in legal requirements. You develop product range and product strategies based on market potential, customer needs, and regulatory frameworks, and derive concrete measures for positioning, product development, and successful market launches. Together with the Regulatory Department, you prepare product approvals and corresponding regulatory requirements and accompany them until implementation. As a central interface to Marketing, Sales, Procurement, and Logistics, you take on requirements, coordinate next steps, and communicate in a target group-specific manner. You write technical texts, share your expertise in internal and external training, and are the contact person for general questions about biological gardening. Your profile Completed degree (FH/Uni) in Agricultural Sciences, Biology, Environmental or Natural Sciences, or a comparable field with a business focus High affinity for biological gardening and genuine interest in sustainability, biodiversity, and ecology First experiences or points of contact in product management are an advantage - ideally in agrochemistry, biological plant protection, or the green industry Structured, independent, and solution-oriented work with high initiative and implementation strength Communication strength and joy in working with different internal and external stakeholder groups Very good German and English skills, Swiss and/or Italian language skills are a plus What we offer you With us, you take on a diverse task with real design scope in a future-oriented industry.
