Various wards offer both crisis interventions as well as assessment and therapy stays for children and adolescents. For the area of Nursing / Social Pedagogy / School, we are looking for a motivated, team-oriented, and resilient specialist as of 1 November 2026 as Deputy Head of Department Nursing / Social Pedagogy / School 80-100% ## Your field of activity • Responsibility for the overall personnel, technical, and operational leadership of various wards and functional areas • Leadership and coaching of the ward managers as well as the management staff and promotion of an appreciative leadership and clinic culture • Co-responsibility for the strategic and operational departmental development, particularly in the areas of goal achievement, recruitment, training, and resource planning • Ensuring a high quality of nursing and care through the implementation of quality standards, health promotion, and interdisciplinary cooperation • Leading or participating in projects as well as deputy for the Head of Nursing / Social Pedagogy / School with the assumption of strategic leadership tasks (extended executive management and clinic management) Your plus • Completed training as a dipl.
