Do you want to apply your legal expertise in an exciting social insurance law environment and actively contribute to legal certainty? For our newly created Recht Ausgleichskasse/Invalidenversicherung team, we are looking for a committed personality with an affinity for social insurance as of 1. January 2027 or by arrangement. In this versatile role, you will carry out legal remedy and appeal proceedings, provide legal information, and review complex case constellations. Your focus will be in the area of Invalidenversicherung, while at the same time you bring the willingness to also participate in legal questions of the Ausgleichskasse.

Your tasks

• You independently conduct appeal proceedings before the Cantonal and Federal Courts.
• You provide legal information both internally and externally.
• You participate in interdisciplinary meetings and work in projects, working groups, as well as in training sessions.
• You carry out objection proceedings for benefits according to AHVG (Hilflosenentschädigung/Hilfsmittel).
• You process applications for free legal aid as well as other substantive matters of the IV-Stelle.

Your competencies

• You have a university degree in law (lic.iur. or MLaw).
• You bring initial professional experience, ideally in social insurance law.
• You enjoy working interdisciplinary as well as independently.
• You possess high social competence as well as a solution- and service-oriented way of working.
• You are empathetic, reliable, structured, and flexible.
• You have impeccable, stylish oral and written expression.
