Facility Management Manager

The employer is looking for a:

Facility Manager (reported profession)

Tasks:

• ensure the operation, availability and safety of the technical infrastructures of the building
• plan and coordinate ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of the systems
• manage malfunctions and anomalies, coordinating the interventions necessary to restore the systems
• manage and supervise companies, suppliers and external partners
• monitor the systems via building supervision and automation systems
• manage and update technical documentation and maintenance planning
• participate in the implementation, testing and commissioning of new technical installations
• collaborate on the optimization of the reliability, energy efficiency and safety of the systems

Requirements:

• we are looking for a mature, charismatic and authoritative personality, capable of inspiring trust and making use of their experience to face the challenges of the role with competence and serenity
• higher technical training in the systems sector (SSSti), or an equivalent or higher qualification, preferably with a federal certificate of competency in the electrical branch
• good knowledge of electrical systems and HVAC (heating, ventilation, air conditioning and sanitary)
• good knowledge of building automation, regulation and supervision
• experience in the management and maintenance of complex technical infrastructures
• experience in the coordination of specialized companies and suppliers
• interest and willingness for the training and mentoring of apprentices in the technical sector
• good knowledge of MS-Office applications; knowledge of CAFM and CAD systems is a preferential qualification
• excellent oral and written knowledge of Italian and English is indispensable; knowledge of German is a preferential qualification
• we are looking for an autonomous, reliable and solution-oriented person, with good analytical, organizational and priority management skills. The ability to work in a team and to operate in an international and multicultural environment is required
