Finance Clerk Work location: 3145 Niederscherli (Oberried), workload 80-100% Thömus has stood for Swiss Engineering, innovation and passion for cycling for over 30 years. From the first design to final assembly, we build our bikes in Switzerland – individually, high-quality and with a lot of love for detail. Would you like to complement our finance team as a Finance Clerk with a focus on accounts receivable and accounts payable and write Swiss cycling history together with the whole Thömus Family? Your tasks – you make a difference: You support in accounts receivable: processing customer emails, dunning processes, payment reconciliations and administrative accounts receivable activities You support in accounts payable: recording accounts payable invoices, obtaining approvals, supporting payment runs and professional filing of invoices You process cash reconciliations and ensure that all cash data is correctly documented and reconciled You process credit card statements and take over their booking You support statistical evaluations, reporting and closing work You support the finance team in all arising accounting and administrative tasks (answering telephone, answering emails, etc.) Your profile – this is what you bring: You have a completed commercial basic education and bring initial professional experience in finance and accounting You enjoy what you do, are positive-thinking and want to develop yourself constantly You are resilient and enjoy pitching in in an exciting and dynamic environment You have a high quality standard for your own work and are IT-savvy You are communicative and have a confident command of German What awaits you at Thömus: With us you will find a varied and very collegial working environment, strong fringe benefits, interesting customers as well as innovative products.
