Dispatcher (all) To complement our team in the Spedition department, we are looking for an independent, quality-conscious and team-oriented person as a dispatcher. Your area of responsibility Processing of transport orders Dispatching, processing and monitoring of shipments Planning of tours Organization of returns Creation of loading lists / delivery notes / transport documents / customs documents Support in the quotation process Ensuring adherence to delivery dates and delivery capability Continuous monitoring of planned delivery times, stock levels Processing of customer complaints and analysis to avoid them Your profile You have completed commercial training in Spedition and bring several years of experience in dispatching in national road transport. Knowledge in international road transport and in customs clearance is an advantage. You have a high level of quality awareness and are characterized by a solution-oriented way of working.
