Do you love precise work with leather, have an eye for detail, and want to create high-quality fits? With us, we combine traditional craftsmanship with modern manufacturing techniques. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and careful personality in the field of upper construction and shoemaking.

Your tasks:
Precise manufacturing: Independent cutting, skiving, skiving/doping, and sewing of individual uppers made of leather and special materials.
Quality & adaptation: Carrying out quality controls as well as repairs and modifications to existing uppers and shoes.
Teamwork: Close coordination with our orthopedic shoe technology for masterful fit and function.

What you bring with you:
Training: Completed apprenticeship as a shoemaker, orthopedic shoe technician, textile/leather designer, or sound manual experience.
Expertise: Experience in upper construction or manual/industrial leather processing is an advantage.
Working style: High quality awareness, joy in precise detail work, and a reliable, independent way of thinking.
