We achieve them according to the highest quality requirements.​ As part of a new mandate in Sion, we are looking for a Technical Concierge / Building Maintenance Technician: Your tasks: <br /> • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services on technical installations • Ensure the maintenance, troubleshooting and adjustment of technical installations • Manage maintenance and upkeep activities • Take charge of various requests and small repairs. • Process daily work reports, delivery notes and purchase orders • Supervise and monitor the execution of work by contracted companies • Propose and implement appropriate modifications and improvements for the different sectors • Administrative tasks (CMMS, dispatching, etc...) • Manage small repair projects • Ensure on-call service (1 week / 5) <br /> Your profile: <br /> • ES technician diploma, CFC or federal certificate in building technology or maintenance, electricity or energy, or a diploma deemed equivalent • Several years of confirmed experience in a similar position in the service sector, facility management or in the technical field • Driver's license • French language (B2/C1) • Very good mastery of common IT tools (MS Office) • Strong customer orientation, team spirit and flexibility <br /> Ready for us?
