• 03 août 2026 • 80 - 100% • Indefinite duration • CHF 4-256 - 6-026 /month • Rue du Village 51, 1513 Hermenches La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people weakened in their physical and psychic integrity during their life process. In order to complete our care team, we are looking for the following profile for our establishments in Corcelles-sur-Chavornay and Hermenches, which welcome 18 and 15 People and are specialized in the field of adult psychiatry: Assistant in community health care (F/M/D) Permanent contract between 80% and 100% - EPSM Regardless of their function, the professionals of the Fondation Saphir share a common desire: to support People in their daily lives to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, allow the well-being and happiness of the People. As an assistant in community health and care, you will be required to supervise and accompany People in daily life and take part in their support in its totality by evaluating their physical, psychic, social, and spiritual needs. You will participate in the development of support projects and perform medico-delegated acts under the delegation of the registered nurse and will know how to prioritize interprofessional collaboration. Furthermore, you will participate in the supervision of new professionals, apprentices, and interns in the support service. YOUR PATH - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS • You hold a CFC as an assistant in community health and care or an equivalent training • Category B driver's license • You possess experience or a marked interest in supporting People presenting psychic disorders. • You work in an organized and collaborative manner. • Empathy, listening, and respect for the person are among your primary qualities. • You demonstrate autonomy, flexibility, and a good capacity for adaptation. • Team spirit, communication, and self-reflection are among your assets. • You are committed to contributing to the well-being of People through respectful and individualized support. • Mastery of French (oral and written) as well as common use of IT tools are acquired skills for you.
