Field Nurse (M/F)

Activity rate of 60%-80%

Fixed-term permanent contract - monthly salary

Your mission

• Provide advisory, examination and treatment services, as well as nursing care and basic care for quality management of clients
• Actively contribute to the home maintenance of clients through prevention and health promotion measures while taking individual needs into account with personalized care and by promoting the autonomy of clients
• Participate in the development of the therapeutic project of clients within the interdisciplinary team by collecting and transmitting your observations and proposals
• Participate in development projects and working groups around the continuous improvement of services in the field of home help and care
• Actively collaborate in the activities of interdisciplinary teams with a specific role allowing you to value your nursing expertise as a full stakeholder in the health system

Your profile and your skills

• Bachelor in nursing or title deemed equivalent (foreign diploma recognized by the CRS)
• Experience in the medico-social field is an asset and a marked interest for community health
• Ability to collaborate in a network and multidisciplinary manner
• Agility, sense of responsibility, priorities and professional ethics
• Mastery of French orally and in writing
• Good ease with IT tools and mobile telephony
• Driver's license and vehicle indispensable
