We broker individual insurance solutions and focus on personal consulting, sustainable customer relationships and professional service. To strengthen our team, we are looking for motivated call center employees (m/w/d) who actively support our sales processes and want to grow with us. Your tasks: • New customer acquisition: Initial telephone contact with potential customers to present our offer • Customer care: Support of existing customers through regular contact and exchange of information • Scheduling: Arrangement and coordination of consulting appointments for our insurance consultants • Partial administration: Maintenance of the customer database, documentation of conversation histories and support with administrative tasks Your profile: • Ideally experience in telephone customer contact or in the insurance/brokerage industry • Friendly and professional demeanor on the phone • Goal-oriented, structured and independent way of working • Very good German language skills in writing and speaking and very good oral skills in Swiss German • Teamwork, willingness to learn and a high degree of self-motivation We offer: • Comprehensive training in our products and processes • A dynamic, supportive team with flat hierarchies • Flexible working hours and modern working tools • Performance-based compensation with development potential Ready for the next career step?
