Tasks ##

• You carry out the planned nursing and care tasks independently, safely, and professionally, including the care of residents with tracheostomy tubes/ventilation.
• You shape the daily lives of the residents and conduct individual and group activities, taking into account suitable methodology and available resources.
• You maintain professional and respectful interaction with relatives and engage in work with relatives.
• You are proficient in using electronic nursing documentation and use this tool correctly.
• You organize your workflows independently, logically, and efficiently, and make your own decisions within your area of competence.

Profile ##

• Good German skills in speaking and writing, including Swiss dialect
• A responsible, reliable, and exact way of working
• Very good IT skills, as well as preferably experience with nursing applications
• Completed training as a Fachfrau*mann Gesundheit EFZ with SRK recognition for diplomas from abroad
• A heart and much understanding for our residents
