Application Support Specialist 60–80% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Support of all PK SBB applications with a focus on the operation, support, and continuous further development of the archive and document management system
• Technical support for the users of our applications
• Recording, analysis, and concretization of requirements from the specialist departments as well as the development of pragmatic and sustainable solution concepts
• Cooperation with the specialist departments as well as external suppliers and system partners
• Implementation and change management of applications

Your profile

• Comprehensive experience in the management of complex IT applications, sound knowledge of Microsoft applications as well as the creation of database queries
• Professional experience in the finance, insurance, or pension fund environment is an advantage
• Openness to change as well as interest in new technologies, digital trends, and innovative solution approaches
• Willingness to question existing processes and actively contribute to the further development of our system landscape
• Analytical, process-oriented, and networked thinking as well as conceptual and planning skills are among your strengths
• You enjoy user support and user training
