Your job: Financial Business Partner Area As a Financial Business Partner, you are the direct contact person for the CEO and work closely with Operations, Supply Chain Management, IT, and Accounting. You are responsible for financial controlling as well as the financial accompaniment of strategic transformation, optimization, and investment projects, based on the group strategy. You are responsible for budgeting, forecasts, as well as CAPEX and OPEX management. You perform target-actual variance analyses, identify causes, and develop suitable measures together with the specialist departments. You are responsible for Net Working Capital Management, receivables, and payables. You create KPI reports, management dashboards, and meaningful presentations for different stakeholders. You develop long-term financial strategies as well as integrated 3 to 5-year plans to support the corporate strategy. You analyze market, competition, and industry trends and develop suitable measures from them for the further development of Technomag AG. Project Management Area You lead and coordinate cross-departmental projects from planning to successful implementation. You ensure compliance with project goals regarding time, cost, and quality. You coordinate internal and external stakeholders and promote effective cooperation. You identify risks, develop solution approaches, and manage the implementation of suitable measures.
