Service Technician CNC Machines Company Profile successful industrial company in the field of machine tools Your main tasks In this role, after thorough training, you are responsible for the electrical repair of complex CNC machines internally and on-site at the customer (max. 20% domestic and international). Additionally, you are responsible for technical customer inquiries via email, telephone and helpdesk and ensure competent customer care. Your area of responsibility includes error analysis for hardware and software problems as well as testing complete CNC systems. If suitable and interested, there is the possibility to develop further and to be trained in the area of service training for customers and agents. Training and Experience You have completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering, electronics or mechatronics, can draw on several years of professional experience in the repair of electrical systems and ideally have experience with PLC and CNC controls. For work in an international environment, good German and English skills in speaking and writing are mandatory, French is an advantage. Should you bring good knowledge of SAP and Lotus Notes, this will facilitate your entry into this extremely exciting challenge.
