Corporate Accountant

Corporate Accountant currently operates six climbing gyms among the largest and most modern in Switzerland. We employ more than one hundred collaborators in Suisse Romande. As part of the replacement of a prolonged absence, we are looking for an accountant at 50-70%, available immediately. Within the small management and administrative management team composed of about ten people and based in the offices of Givisiez, you will take charge of the company's current accounting and ensure the proper maintenance of our accounts on a daily basis. Your responsibilities control and allocate accounting documents (accounts receivable/accounts payable invoices, expense reports, delivery notes, VAT) to the correct accounts contact the gyms to find missing supporting documents perform bank reconciliation by matching open items and clarifying discrepancies manage billing related to registrations and services in collaboration with a colleague ensure the follow-up of payments and reminders perform daily closings of the climbing gyms' cash registers prepare payroll, social security contributions, and withholding tax with the human resources manager collaborate with the fiduciary and management for reporting and budget monitoring perform specific margin analyses and define monitoring indicators participate quarterly in the preparation of VAT returns participate in the preparation of annual closings Your profile CFC in commerce with a federal diploma of specialist in finance and accounting (or in training) proven experience in a similar accounting function in Switzerland mastery of accounting tools and good proficiency with spreadsheets experience with Winbiz rigor, organizational skills, autonomy, discretion, and team spirit fluent French (English is an asset) We offer a high-impact position with real autonomy, a benevolent working atmosphere within a small team and an environment related to climbing and sport flexible hours adapted to part-time Start date: immediately This position requires presence in our offices in Givisiez.
