For more time for people. As a staff position to the CPO, you will drive the implementation and development of a modern product organization. Without disciplinary hierarchical responsibility, you act as a facilitator. Your tasks • Responsible for establishing clear roles as well as promoting a user-centered and results-oriented approach. • Introduction of modern product management frameworks. Driving success using clearly defined economic indicators as well as outcome-based metrics (e.g., OKRs). • Responsibility for the introduction of a platform mentality across the company. Ensuring the seamless integration of new products and external partners. • Continuous development and regular revision of the product strategy. Ensuring alignment with the company vision while taking economic aspects into account. Your profile • Experience in product management in a matrix environment or a high-growth company. • Academic university degree in management, economics, product, or similar. • Functional leadership experience in the software field. • Knowledge of modern product management methods and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. • Ability to assimilate information quickly, autonomy in work, and enjoyment in investing in complex technological subjects. • Developed analytical skills and a strong affinity with KPIs. Strategic thinking as well as confidence in stakeholder management at different levels. • Fluent command of German and English, both spoken and written, ideally French.
