What you drive • You turn potential customers and existing customers into fans • With enthusiasm, you bring HR and Sales together • You proactively call potential new customers and inspire them with our HR solutions • You are responsible for the entire Sales Life Cycle from the first customer contact, via needs analysis and presentation (demo), to negotiation and contract conclusion • Active relationship management and comprehensive support of partnerships with our software manufacturers are a matter of course for you and part of the daily business • Creating offers for our customers in cooperation with product experts • Joint development and implementation of sales activities with internal specialist departments • You are our face at events (trade fairs, events, conferences, etc.) How you make us happy • You have a university or technical college degree or have completed sales training • You bring at least 3 years of experience in software sales, ideally in the area of HR software • As a true sales personality, you convince with positive charisma and positive thinking • Your communication strength and your assertiveness drive you forward, and you enjoy taking on responsibility • You communicate confidently and convincingly in German and English Look forward to • Working in Dübendorf with top infrastructure, in the home office and on-site with our customers • Working in networks instead of in hierarchies • Lots of crazy and nice Campus-ers who are looking forward to meeting you and want to celebrate with you at the next events • Working in a passionate, committed, and upbeat team • Working at the pulse of time and helping to shape the HR future in Switzerland • Helping to shape the strategy offering Are you interested?
