Bern, Switzerland | 80-100% This is your contribution <br /> • Support the lead prosecutors primarily in German in extensive and sometimes media-exposed criminal investigations as well as in international mutual legal assistance procedures • Support procedural planning, prepare and carry out evidence collection, interrogations, and coercive measures • Ensure close cooperation within the procedural team as well as with external partners • Clarify legal issues, independently draft orders as well as legal briefs of all kinds (e.g., pleas, appeals, and statements) • Develop final decisions such as indictments, penal orders, orders of non-investigation, and dismissal orders <br /> What makes you unique <br /> • University degree in law with good knowledge of criminal law and criminal procedural law • Additional qualifications e.g., attorney admission, dissertation, LL.M., CAS, as well as knowledge in the field of criminal prosecution are desirable • Professional experience at a public prosecutor's office, at a court, in the legal profession, or in a related field • Structured and result-oriented way of working as well as networked thinking and a solution-oriented, pragmatic, and assertive personality with a positive attitude and strong team spirit • Good active knowledge of at least one second official language and in English; passive knowledge of the third official language is an advantage <br /> In a nutshell A versatile job that offers exciting challenges, particularly in the area of economic crime.
