La Brasserie de la Bourse is an emblematic brasserie in Carouge with its vaulted cellars dating from 1900, its unique atmosphere, and its terrace overlooking the market square.

Open 7 days a week, La Brasserie de la Bourse offers more than 200 guests every day a traditional menu with local products and seasonal dishes, in a warm and convivial atmosphere.

Sous Chef

Permanent contract (CDI) to be filled immediately at 100% - Split shift:

• Preparation of dishes
• Sending and following up on customer orders
• Management of the workstation and raw materials
• Guaranteeing compliance with internal hygiene and occupational safety standards
• Responsibility for a team of 10 people
• Guaranteeing the quality of dishes and internal standards as well as the management of raw materials
• More than 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Training, diploma in catering
• Very good presentation
• Customer-solution oriented
• Very good command of French and other languages a plus
• Split shift
