In this versatile role, you will work in multi-shift operations from Monday to Friday between 06:30 and 19:00 and rotate among five different locations within Zürich. YOUR TASKS • Reception and support of our patients and referrers • Telephone appointment coordination and planning of all radiological examinations • Information and preparation for radiological examinations • General administrative and organizational tasks <br /> YOUR PROFILE • Completed training in healthcare (e.g., medical secretary / hospital secretary) or in the commercial sector with knowledge of medical terminology • Enjoyment of telephone and personal contact with patients and referrers • Strong understanding of service as well as a sympathetic, upbeat, and warm personality • Communicative, resilient, and team-oriented personality • Very good German skills; further language skills are an advantage • Proficient handling of common IT applications <br /> In addition to an attractive workplace on the right side of Lake Zürich, an inter- and multi-professional, well-coordinated team awaits you.
