As Head of Carpentry Department and Member of the Management Board, you will lead employees, shape processes and set strategic impulses. Your area of responsibility GL chairmanship and assigned GL tasks, including controlling, finance Direct management of the Planning department, including standardization and CAD Responsibility for production and infrastructure - operational day-to-day business with the production manager Responsibility for IT / EDV including ERP (Borm) Active participation and planning in customer projects Your profile Experience in leading and developing employees Basic training as a carpenter EFZ with corresponding further education, e.g. as a project manager, technician or master carpenter or comparable practical experience In-depth knowledge of Office applications, EDV-, ERP-, CAD programs Ideally experience in calculation Motivated, initiative and team-oriented personality who likes to take on responsibility and actively shapes the future of the Lucerne location What you can look forward to A cooperative, future-oriented and young team awaits you.
