Head of Operation & Remote Management Section (80% to 100%) The Production & Energy Solutions Service of the City of Lausanne's Industrial Services (SIL) is looking for a section head of operation & remote management to complete its team. Active in building thermics, the section's purpose is to ensure remote management activities (monitoring, optimization, and maintenance of automation organs of nearly 300 heating, ventilation, and cooling installations) and the operation of energy contracting installations of SIL (ice water production sites and heat production sites by geothermal energy). Main mission(s) Manage the human resources of the section (7 people) Operate the installations of the Energy Solutions division (SE) Manage contracts and disputes and ensure the invoicing of corresponding services Monitor the financial activity and analyze interventions Provide support to the Head of Division SE Organize and participate in the on-call service Profile Bachelor HES in engineering in the field of heating or equivalent title Certified training in team management 5 years of professional experience in the operation of technical installations Proven professional experience in team management Knowledge of CVS (heating, ventilation, and sanitation) and MCR (measures, control, and regulation) techniques Recognized leadership, structured with excellent analytical skills and results-oriented Mastery of SAP and a computer-aided maintenance management tool (GMAO), for example Care Office and MS Office Special conditions Driving license (cat.
