We are the Seniorenzentrum Engelhof in Altendorf. At our facility, 76 residents find a contemporary and family-like home. On a protected ward for people with dementia, 10 single rooms are available for individual care and support. In our day apartment, which is integrated into the Seniorenzentrum in the Ost wing, we offer a pleasant day stay in a supervised environment for a maximum of 6 people.

For our nursing department with 24 residents, we are looking for an engaged and strong-willed personality as:

Your tasks with us:

• You bear the professional, personnel, and organizational responsibility for your department and, together with your team, ensure professional and warm care for our residents.
• You lead, accompany, and develop the nursing team on your department and undertake the associated leadership, planning, and coordination tasks.
• You create orientation, promote personal responsibility, and ensure good cooperation within the team and beyond the department boundaries.
• You ensure compliance with our quality standards and internal guidelines and further develop nursing together with your team.
• You combine your leadership task with regular participation in direct nursing and thereby remain close to our residents and the team.
• You bear responsibility for the nursing process and professionally correct nursing documentation with interRAI LTCF.
• You accompany trainees in everyday nursing and support the training managers as well as the vocational trainers in their professional and personal development.

What you bring with you:

You are a nursing professional by conviction and at the same time enjoy being a leader. You do not want to just manage, but to help shape and make a difference.

• Completed training as a dipl. Pflegefachperson HF
• Experience in long-term care
• Leadership experience as well as ideally further training in the field of Leadership / Team Management
• A calm, flexible, and solution-oriented manner, even when things become demanding
• Clear, open, and binding communication
• Enjoyment of working with various professional groups
• Empathy, respect, and professionalism in dealing with residents, relatives, and employees
• Confident handling of digital work tools, ideally experience with interRAI LTCF
• High professional competence, sense of responsibility, and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
