As a Methods and Industrialization Engineer, your central mission is to ensure that our equipment and processes perfectly meet the quality and volume requirements of our expanding customer base. You lead the introduction into production of our new products. You monitor overall production performance by identifying bottlenecks and deploying continuous improvement solutions. On a daily basis, you select or design the necessary tools and equipment, guarantee ergonomics as well as work safety, and formalize these standards in the form of work instructions. In close synergy with the R&D team, you ensure the industrialization of new products while coordinating the optimization of existing ranges. In short, you will create the optimal manufacturing conditions to sustainably support our growth dynamic. Methods and Industrialization Engineer YOUR TASKS * Industrialization: Manage the introduction of new products into production, in close collaboration with the R&D teams * Continuous improvement & problem solving: Supervise and improve manufacturing processes + Diagnose production problems (bottlenecks) and formulate recommendations. + Design and manufacture or purchase tooling + Work with the product development team (R&D) for improvements * Documentation & quality: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for production operations, including work instructions and quality control procedures. * Change management: coordinate technical modification requests in interface with each department YOUR PROFILE * Proven experience in the field of engineering: + Manufacturing processes and optimization + Quality + Product development processes * Mastery of mechanical design and CAD (SolidWorks) * Good general understanding of mechanics, electronics, fluidics, optics, materials science, and chemistry * Proactivity, analytical spirit, and critical thinking * Pragmatic problem-solving attitude with a creative and innovative spirit * Sense of organization * Interdisciplinary collaboration and good communication WE OFFER * An innovative and promising environment in a field of public interest. * Interesting, stimulating, and varied work within a dynamic, friendly, and enthusiastic team at the cutting edge of progress. * Great autonomy in your daily work. * An opportunity to demonstrate your ability to improve our productivity and optimize our processes.
