Technician MCR / Building Automation (a) 100% - Management and monitoring of preventive and reactive maintenance of building installations (notably CVC) for our mandate - Responsibility for maintaining the required climate conditions in the production area (temperature, humidity, pressure) - Programming, commissioning of automation systems in FBD, CFC, ST language - Maintenance of BMS servers (kepware, SQL, Archestra) - Processing of tickets and daily work reports - Participation in MCR (measurement, control, regulation) / adB projects and implementation of defined actions - Proposal and implementation of modifications and improvements - Management of subcontractors - Participation in the on-call service - Training in building technology, regulation, instrumentation (Automation Technician ES, BTS) - Good knowledge of technical building management - Knowledge of Beckhoff automation systems, Aveva supervision (Wonderware) and communication protocols (modbus, ASi bus, MP-bus, DALI, profibus) would be an asset - Mastery of French (C1) and English level B1, an asset - Ease with computer tools and good mastery of Excel - Good stress resistance and sense of organization, team spirit - Flexibility and strong customer orientation
