Teamleader Grossteile Logistik (w/m/d) Your tasks You are responsible for the smooth operation in the day-to-day business and lend a hand yourself You lead a team of around 10-15 employees technically and personally You continuously develop your team and recruit new team members You conduct employee interviews with your team independently You work on projects and bring your team and logistics know-how actively into the continuous improvement of work processes Your skills You have in-depth logistics experience, either through corresponding training or long-standing practice. Leadership experience, ideally in a logistics environment or a similar area, is one of your strengths You ideally have a SUVA-recognized forklift license in categories R1, R2, and S2 Stress tolerance, humor, enthusiasm, and a hands-on mentality characterize you Very good German language skills in word and writing; English language skills are an advantage You are mobile and bring the necessary flexibility to work in a two-shift operation from Monday to Saturday between 05.00 and 23.00 hours.
