What you bring with you ###

• A completed training as an occupational agogist or social pedagogue.
• You have several years of experience in the agogic support of people with support needs, ideally in a daycare center.
• You are communicative, decisive, and possess good organizational skills.
• You think in networks, act proactively, and know how to motivate others and delegate tasks meaningfully.
• You are loyal and ready to support leadership decisions and represent them convincingly in everyday life.
