Project Manager HLK You lead projects and sub-projects in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, sheet metal work, solar and energy efficiency. You formulate project applications, define project goals, plan deadlines and costs, and create project-related calculations. Employment Temporary employment 100% Place of work Luzern Requirements - Completed vocational training as a building technology planner specializing in heating EFZ - Ideally completed further training as a dipl. technician HF heating or building technology (or on the way to doing so) - Thanks to your social skills and leadership qualities, you are able to motivate, lead and train employees - You have at least 2-3 years of experience in project development of heating and cooling as well as cooperation with demanding customers - You demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills as well as entrepreneurial action Area of activity - You plan, monitor and lead our demanding small and large building technology projects - You create offers and take responsibility for the timely execution of orders - You independently lead the project team, control costs and are responsible for the quality of the work - You carry out analyses to optimize energy efficiency and derive suitable measures from them, which you implement with your team - If suitable and possible, you acquire new projects & customers and maintain existing contacts within the scope of your activities
