QUALITY CONTROLLER (M/F)
Your mission :

• Within the Quality department, you ensure the control and validation of watchmaking components in order to guarantee their conformity before their production

Your responsibilities :

• Perform dimensional, visual and technical controls of components (appearance, dimensions, hardness, etc.)
• Interpret technical drawings and ISO geometric dimensioning and tolerancing in order to define and perform the appropriate controls according to the control sheets
• Use conventional measurement means as well as control equipment such as Marcel Aubert, torque meter, durometer, GR20, Vici and Vertex (mastery of at least 3 of these means required)
• Establish control and non-conformity reports
• Participate in the continuous improvement of control methods and processes
• Collaborate closely with the various interlocutors of the Quality and Production departments

Your profile :

• Confirmed experience of at least 5 years in quality control, ideally in the watchmaking or microtechnical industry
• Good mastery of common IT tools; knowledge of QuickControl software would be a plus
• Knowledge of quality and statistical tools would be a real asset
• Rigorous, methodical, autonomous person with a good team spirit
• Good communication, adaptability skills and strong field orientation
