As an Assistant Store Manager, together with the Store Manager, you are responsible for the optimal process in the sale of our surprising assortment and for leading a team of employees.
You support the Store Manager in monitoring sales and inventory and contribute ideas for improving shelf layout. Together with the team, you roll up your sleeves where needed and, among other things, ensure a store that is always well-maintained.
In addition, you are co-responsible for staff scheduling, processing incoming applications, and answering questions from colleagues and customers, so that everyone leaves the store with a smile.

At least two years of professional experience in retail or similar activities
You are down-to-earth, entrepreneurial, and know how to motivate a team
