Here are your tasks ### • * You lead and develop a motivated Spa team of four employees and are responsible for the training of our apprentices • * You perform holistic and individually tailored treatments for our clients - including aesthetic treatments, facial treatments, hand and foot care, massages, body wraps, scrubs and other Spa rituals • * You advise our clients in a professional, expert and sales-oriented manner, ensuring an exceptional customer experience • * You develop, in collaboration with your superior, new Spa and wellness offers and actively bring your own ideas • * You are responsible for the sale of our products and services • * You take charge of the complete management of goods and inventory and ensure optimal product availability • * You create service and vacation schedules and ensure efficient and economical use of personnel • * You are responsible for the management and maintenance of our Spa management system and ensure high data quality • * You support and are responsible for compliance with and continuous development of our quality management and actively participate in ISO certification • * With your team, you ensure a first-class service and unforgettable moments of well-being for our clients every day • What we expect from you ### • * You have completed training as a CFC aesthetician; a trainer course is an advantage • * You have in-depth training and extensive experience in holistic aesthetic and body care • * You have several years of professional experience and ideally management experience • * You work independently, take responsibility and act in an entrepreneurial manner • * You have a strong service and quality awareness and are willing to make an extra effort for our clients • * You are communicative, team-oriented and convince with your warm personality • * You have a good understanding of digital systems and administrative processes and work confidently with modern software solutions • * You speak German fluently; other language skills are an advantage
