Managing Director Carpentry Your core tasks You will gradually take over responsibility for the Holzbau Zimmerei and lead the company together with an experienced team of around 20 to 25 employees. Your tasks include: Leadership and further development of the team Responsibility for the economic and sustainable development of the company Support of existing customers and establishment of new customer relationships Acquisition, consulting, and support of timber construction projects Creation and assessment of offers and calculations Control of the order situation, resources, and project profitability Collaboration with clients, architects, planners, and partner companies Further development of processes, offers, and modern timber construction solutions Close cooperation with the management of the Unternehmungen In doing so, you will receive a lot of freedom to further develop the company with your own ideas, strengths, and priorities.
