To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed personality with experience in the management of condominium ownership and the desire to take on responsibility and actively help shape developments.

Your tasks

• Independent management of an attractive STWEG portfolio
• Organization and implementation of condominium owner meetings using modern digital tools
• Personal, telephone, and digital support of the owners
• Ensuring sustainable and value-preserving building maintenance
• Support and coordination of insurance cases
• Implementation of regular property inspections
• Close and success-oriented cooperation with our real estate accounting team
• Participation in the further development and digitalization of our processes
• Active support in expanding our market position in the Aarau region

What you bring with you

• Completion as a real estate manager with a federal diploma (eidg. Fachausweis) or a comparable higher education
• Several years of experience in the management of condominium ownership
• Enjoyment in taking on responsibility and driving changes forward
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• High customer and service orientation
• Openness to new technologies and digital ways of working
• Driver's license category B
• Confident German in speaking and writing
