Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII in night shift 60-100% Your tasks • Holistic care and nursing of the guests in the sense of our nursing mission statement • Management of the nursing process incl. evaluation of nursing activities at night • Execution of treatment nursing activities • Support of our guests in personal hygiene and other daily activities of living • Regular rounds • Electronic nursing documentation using CareCoach (possible via mobile with CareCoach smartphones) • Assumption and responsibility of assigned professional tasks at night Your profile • Completed training as a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH/DNII or an equivalent training recognized by the SRK • Professional experience in long-term care, as well as in the area of dementia, is an advantage • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to attend these courses (will be paid for) • A warm and humorous basic attitude • Enjoyment of versatile challenges • Good German skills in speaking and writing Why Tertianum?
