Our client is active in the technical trading and production environment and supports business customers with solutions for industrial applications. The employees work closely with purchasing, production, and sales. An expert personality is being sought to strengthen the internal service department. In this role, you will take on technical and commercial tasks from the customer inquiry to order processing. Depending on experience, there is the possibility to take on additional responsibility in the sales internal service.

Your tasks

• Obtaining supplier quotes as well as triggering and monitoring orders
• Technical and commercial advice for customers as well as the development of suitable solutions
• Creating, following up, and processing quotes and customer orders
• Maintenance of customer and quote data as well as processing complaints and administrative tasks

Your profile

• Completed technical basic training with commercial understanding
• Professional experience in technical administration or technical sales is an advantage
• Good user knowledge of common IT systems as well as very good German skills
• Knowledge in drive, conveyor, or mechanical engineering technology and French language skills are an advantage
