Specialized Cleaning Team Leader ##

We are looking for you: Specialized Cleaning Team Leader (m/f/d) - 100%
Are you ready to go high in specialized cleaning? For our dynamic team, we are looking for an experienced and motivated specialized cleaning team leader, starting immediately or by agreement, who takes responsibility and safely masters demanding tasks at height.

Your main tasks ###

• Direction & planning of interventions: Autonomous organization and conduct of specialized cleaning interventions (notably facades, windows, construction, and special cleanings) as well as technical direction of the cleaning team on-site.
• Work safety & execution: Performance of high-level cleaning work while strictly respecting all safety instructions.
• Quality control: Guarantee of our high quality standards and acceptance of work with the clientele.
• Customer contact: Interlocutor for clients, customers, and site managers on-site.
• Material & equipment: Organization of the provision, care, and maintenance of special equipment, elevating platforms, and personal protective equipment against falls (PSAgA).

What you bring ###

• Experience: Several years of professional experience in specialized cleaning, ideally with first management experience.
• Certificates (mandatory):
• Valid IPAF permit (driving elevating platforms).
• Certified PSAgA training (personal protective equipment against falls).
• Driver's license: Category B permit (category BE/trailer an advantage).
• Profile: No vertigo, good physical condition, and great awareness of safety.
• Interpersonal skills: Reliability, sense of organization, customer orientation, and good knowledge of German, both spoken and written.
