Operations Employee

Your tasks:

• Rolling up sleeves in daily operations: You support a variety of tasks surrounding the daily operation at Eigergletscher and ensure smooth processes with your commitment.
• Goods handling & logistics: You take over loading work, move goods safely with the forklift, and support transport and logistics tasks.
• Cleanliness and order: You ensure through various cleaning tasks that our facilities and operational areas are well-maintained and ready for use at all times.
• Winter service: You support snow removal and contribute to ensuring that paths, entrances, and facilities remain safe to walk on.
• Guest guidance and support: You help our guests with orientation and ensure a safe and orderly flow in the guest area.
• Luggage service: You support the loading and unloading of luggage and ensure careful provision.
• Safety with responsibility: You are involved in the plant fire brigade and support exercises and operations.

What you bring with you:

• Joy in rolling up sleeves: You like working practically, are versatile, and feel comfortable both outdoors and in a dynamic work environment.
• Forklift license R1 and R4: Ideally, you already possess the corresponding licenses or bring the willingness to acquire them.
• Good physical fitness: You are resilient and feel comfortable with physical work.
• Sense of responsibility and reliability: One can rely on you at any time.
• Friendly and helpful demeanor: You encounter guests as well as colleagues in an open and service-oriented manner.
• Linguistic proficiency: You have very good German skills; English skills and other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Flexibility and team spirit: You work independently, actively support your team, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations.
• Readiness for the plant fire brigade: You are ready to join our plant fire brigade and take responsibility for safety at the location.
