As part of its development in Suisse romande, it wishes to strengthen its presence on strategic construction projects and is looking for a committed professional to actively contribute to this ambition, as a Sanitary Project Advisor Propose innovative technical solutions from the early phases of projects Your responsibilities Reporting to the Property Management Directorate, you identify and develop project opportunities in your region by intervening from the early construction phases (SIA 1 to 4), in order to position high-value-added global solutions. You build and maintain a solid network with key market players (planners, architects, clients, general and total contractors), while analyzing project potential to guide your commercial priorities. In close collaboration with internal teams, you support your interlocutors in the design of adapted technical solutions, ensuring personalized advice and supporting the pre-study, design, and tender phases. You thus position yourself as a true technical partner. You ensure structured monitoring of your activity via a CRM, capture market trends, and report strategic information internally. Finally, you represent the company at professional events, participate actively in the continuous improvement of services, and contribute to sustainably strengthening its presence in Suisse romande. Your profile Benefiting from training in building technology, ideally completed by higher education in the sanitary or heating fields (federal diploma, master federal, ES or equivalent), you have proven experience in planning, project management, and technical sales, acquired within a design office or an installation company. You master construction processes as well as SIA phases and understand the challenges of the various market players. Possessing a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a real interest in commercial development, you combine interpersonal ease and technical credibility to develop your network and convince your interlocutors. You enjoy dynamic environments in which you can have a concrete impact on business development. Autonomous and structured, you know how to manage your priorities effectively, propose relevant solutions, and evolve easily in a digital environment.
