Project Manager Construction Documentation Architecture

We are looking for you as a Project Manager Construction Documentation Architecture with aesthetic sensitivity and sound specialist knowledge. In this function, you hold all the threads together and ensure that planning and implementation interlock smoothly.

Your tasks

• After the building permit has been issued, you coordinate the construction and detailed planning for medium to large residential developments
• You lead client meetings and conduct negotiations with authorities, specialists, and companies
• You are part of project teams that define and implement design and constructive criteria
• With your commitment, you help to design attractive living spaces

Your profile

• You have training as an Architect FH/ETH or Technician HF/TS
• You are a dedicated personality with sound specialist knowledge
• You enjoy taking on responsibility
• You think interdisciplinary as well as solution- and customer-oriented, are communicative and a team player
• You master the common IT tools
