Project Manager Real Estate Development

Tasks: • Development and management of real estate projects throughout Northwestern Switzerland and Zürich. From land acquisition to handover to the buyers • Support in the development of a large-scale project in the village center of the Aarau station area with 550 apartments and up to 15'000 m2 of commercial space • Conceptual design of projects and usage models • Preparation of feasibility studies as well as profitability and investment analyses • Participation in the acquisition and optimization of development projects • Ensuring and compliance with costs, deadlines and quality in the planning, development and construction phase • Close cooperation with internal and external partners Profile: • Completed education or further training in the field of architecture, civil engineering, real estate development or a comparable field • Proven professional experience in architecture, project or real estate development and planning or project management • Expertise in project development, permit procedures and construction law • Ability to work in a team and strong social competence • Structured and independent way of working • Entrepreneurial thinking and solution-oriented action • Proficient use of common MS Office products and ERP systems and drawing tools
