The SBB Restaurant zur Juraschlaufe is a publicly accessible self-service restaurant with 100 seats and a small terrace. The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday between 06.00 and 15.00. Every day, 65 guests are treated to a seasonal, versatile, and sustainable offering. This is prepared fresh on-site every day and ranges from snacks to daily changing menus. A small creative selection of buffet salads and regular promotional weeks round off the offering.

Are you our new team member who will support us as an Assistant Cook: (60%) immediately or by arrangement? Become part of our small, friendly team. We are looking for a motivated Assistant Cook who likes to roll up their sleeves and work successfully together with us. You will usually work between Monday and Friday from 07;00 to 14:00.

Your area of responsibility:

• Fresh preparation and attractive presentation of various salads as well as management of the salad buffet
• Support in the cold and hot kitchen
• Independent preparation of the mise en place
• Assistance in the dishwashing kitchen and ensuring a smooth kitchen workflow
• Execution of general cleaning and tidying work
• Compliance with ZFV quality and service standards
• Consistent implementation of hygiene and occupational safety regulations
• Careful and sustainable handling of food, materials, and equipment
