To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Assistant·e de gérant d'immeubles (100 %) in the context of a maternity leave replacement, for a period of approximately 5 months from autumn 2026. Endowed with a great sense of organization, precise and rigorous, you demonstrate an excellent team spirit and know how to manage priorities with responsibility and efficiency. Your responsibilities • Administrative management of rentals: management of terminations, return of guarantees, establishment of leases, etc. • Technical management: requests for quotes, issuance of purchase orders, organization and realization of site visits. • General correspondence, administrative support to the various departments as well as to the Management. Your profile • Holder of a CFC in commerce, you justify a confirmed experience of at least two years in a similar function in Switzerland. Additional training (SVIT/USPI) is an asset. • Excellent mastery of French, both written and spoken. Knowledge of English (conversational level) is desired. • Sense of contact, autonomy, initiative, and writing ease are part of your recognized qualities. • At ease with common computer tools, you work with method and reliability. Knowledge of the Garaio REM software is an advantage. • Driver's license and personal vehicle are essential.
