Competent, respectful, together - Seelandheim is looking, effective immediately or by arrangement, for the area of people with disabilities for a: Residential Group Leader 70-100% ## Tasks • Leadership with heart and attitude - You take over the technical, personnel, and organizational management of your residential group. For your team, you are a role model, leader, impulse provider, support, and coach all in one. • Work planner and paperwork professional - You organize the work planning from A to Z and ensure that the processes between breakfast and bedtime all run smoothly. • Agogic all-rounder - Together with the team, you shape an environment in which the residents are perceived as individuals - you see self-determination and participation as central elements in the implementation of Functional Health. • Quality awareness - You help to further develop our processes, concepts, and standards and ensure that our values, our guiding principles, and our promise do not just look good on paper, but are lived. • Relationship manager - You maintain appreciative contact with the residents and relatives, as well as the interdisciplinary working environment - even when things get heated. • Personal care professional or willing to learn - You can handle comprehensive basic care or are willing to learn this. • Crisis-proof & solution-oriented - You recognize difficult situations early, intervene decisively, and are not too proud to exchange ideas critically with other leaders. • Trainer with a role model function - You accompany apprentices and students with quality, patience, and know-how - good professionals do not fall from the sky. • Event planner - You don't just plan experiential holidays, leisure activities, and relative events - you are right in the middle of it instead of just being there. Profile • Social Pedagogy HF/FH or equivalent - You have a completed tertiary education or further training in the social and/or nursing field. • Several years of professional experience - ideally with people with cognitive or multiple disabilities. • Leadership experience - You have the desire to continuously develop yourself. • Organizational talent - networked thinking and an eye for the essential. • Humor - because everyday life writes its own stories. • Communication skills - You hit the right tone, whether in conversation or in writing. • IT skills - so that you are not at odds with Outlook, Word & Co. • Mobility - A category B driver's license is an advantage to accompany our residents on excursions.
