At Kantonsschule Beromünster, as part of the school management, you have the opportunity to take on responsibility in a small, personal gymnasium and actively help shape the school - supported by a culture of proximity, appreciation, and trusting cooperation. Your tasks • As a member of the school management, you are responsible for the pedagogical and organizational management of our lower level (Sek-I level; 7th to 9th school year) and take on personnel responsibility for part of the teaching staff. • You maintain contact with the feeder schools in the context of transitions and are the contact point for concerns of classes, parents, and teachers. • As the quality officer of the school management, you take the lead in our school development projects and quality work. • You are committed to offers and projects in our school environment (e.g., Kinderkanti, midday care, etc.) and supervise school-wide departments (e.g., talent and giftedness promotion). • In addition to these exciting leadership tasks, you will teach part-time. Your profile • You have a completed university degree and a teaching diploma for maturity schools or an equivalent professional and pedagogical education. In addition, you have already been able to gain several years of teaching experience and are familiar with today's priority topics of Sekundarstufe I. • Ideally, you have completed school management training or are motivated to complete such training (e.g., CAS Schulleitung/Schulführung). • You enjoy interacting with people, especially with learners of the Sek I level, their parents, as well as with teachers, are strong in organization and communication, and possess an affinity for using ICT tools. • For you, performing duties outside of regular teaching hours (e.g., parent evenings, conferences, school events, etc.) is part of your school management work. • We look forward to a team-oriented, proactive, and empathetic leadership personality with a pedagogical attitude, who initiates developments and supports them profitably.
