Your tasks:

• Professional, courteous and warm customer reception
• Support of demanding customers
• Receiving and forwarding customer complaints
• Acceptance of empties, operating the telephone switchboard, creating daily settlement
• Serving customers at the café bar (beverage service, small snack)
• Regular assignments in the Food sector (refilling, date control), Cashier (recording of goods)

Your profile:

• Federal training in the service sector
• Professional experience in a comparable function
• Experience in administrative activities and knowledge of IT applications
• Flair for numbers and payment processes
• Customer-oriented way of acting and high willingness to provide service
• Careful way of working and high sense of responsibility
• Well-groomed appearance, excellent communication skills and very good German language skills
• Flexibility and enjoyment of teamwork
• Good physical resilience (we carry wholesale products with weights up to 25kg)
