Our mandates are versatile and often demanding. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced fiduciary personality who manages mandates independently, takes responsibility, and enjoys direct customer contact. Mandate Manager Fiduciary (50–100%) You know the fiduciary business from several years of practice, maintain an overview even with demanding issues, and want to contribute your experience in a personal and professional environment. We are open to different working models. Part-time and full-time are equally welcome. Your role: You manage your mandates independently and are the central contact person for your customers. In doing so, you think beyond pure mandate processing, recognize advisory needs, and actively contribute your experience to the further development of the company. Your tasks Independent support and management of SME mandates Carrying out financial and payroll accounting as well as preparing annual financial statements Preparing tax returns for natural and legal persons Advising our customers on fiduciary and business management issues Collaboration in the further development of processes and services If interested, collaboration in the area of auditing What you bring with you: Completed professional further training in fiduciary or finance and accounting, for example, Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Fiduciary, Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting, or a comparable qualification Several years of professional experience in the fiduciary sector and experience in the independent management of mandates Sound knowledge in accounting, payroll, and taxes as well as enjoyment in advising SME customers. Confidence in direct customer contact and a strong understanding of service Digital affinity and proficient use of financial applications (such as PEBE, Bexio, Dr. Tax, Revio) Very good user knowledge with Office 365, especially with Excel Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working Very good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills are an advantage You think ahead, take responsibility, and maintain an overview even with several parallel mandates running.
